We recall the concept of the sum of zeroes

Sum of zeroes of a quadratic equation is -\frac{b}{a}

Let A,B be the zeroes of 3x^{2}-8x+2k+5
Given:

    A=4B

Sum of zeroes of quadratic equation

         =-\frac{b}{a}

A+B=-\frac{b}{a}

     5B=-\frac{-8}{3}

       B=\frac{8}{15}

       A=\frac{32}{15}
