Initial Amount= 9,25,100

Remaining Amount= 69,340

Therefore cost of car=

925100-69340

= 8,55,760

\bf\huge\underline{Answer}

The cost of the vehicle is Rs. 8,55,760 respectively.

Explanation :-

Given :

  • Amount of money Sonu had = Rs. 9,25,100
  • Amount of money left after buying the vehicle = Rs. 69,340

To find :

The cost of the vehicle

Solution :

Let the cost of the vehicle be x

Therefore,

=>Cost of the vehicle + Amount of money left with Sonu = Amount of money Sonu had

=> Rs. (x + 69,340) = Rs. 9,25,100

=> x + Rs. 69,340 = Rs. 9,25,100

=> x = Rs. (9,25,100 - 69,340)

=> x = Rs. 8,55,760

Hence, the cost of the vehicle is Rs. 8,55,760.
