Ann has 12 rolls.

Explanation:

If Sophia have 24 toilet paper rolls then Ann should have 12 paper rolls because Sophia have twice as many rolls. Suppose Ann has 'x' number of toilet paper rolls, so 2*x = 24. Dividing 24 by 2, we get 12 so x=12.

Therefore, Ann has 12 rolls.
