This is a play where a boy named Ronnie who was a 16 years old died. His mother was standing in front of his body in his room and she was requesting to god to give his life back. Through this act writer tried to give a message about harsh reality of life where African American people suffers a lot and they have no other option but to live a life which is far away from the faith. They live under the shadow of death. They live in poverty and they have nothing but a worst life. Through this act writer wanted to help in uplifting their condition and make a better society.
