purchase, quality, marketing and finance head by the respective managers. Although they were
given with permission to get the work done from their subordinates, still most of the major
departmental decisions are made and approved by the CEO. Once the marketing director
received an order to supply 100 musical instruments, the CEO was on leave, therefore he couldn’t
confirm the order, and resulted loss of sales and customers.
