(x - 3)^2 = 4(x - 3)

x^2 - 6x + 9 = 4x - 12

x^2 - 6x - 4x + 9 + 12 = 0

x^2 - 10x + 21 = 0

x^2 - 7x - 3x + 21 = 0

x (x - 7) - 3(x - 7) = 0

(x - 3)(x - 7) = 0

x = 3 or x = 7
