Bond angle are different due to presence of lone pairs
In ch4 there is no lobe pair so it has angle of 109.5°
Nh3 has 1 lone pair because of lone pairs lone pair repulsion and also lone pair bond pair repulsion it's angle decreses to 107°
While h20 have 2 lone pairs and it's angle decreases to 104.5° because of greater repulsion between two lone pairs and lone pair bond pair repulsion
Hope it helps you
