Because the three rods have been connected to each other in series arrangement, we can use the fact that at the junctions the rate of heat flow that is the heat current will be same analogous to what we say as in electric current being the same in series arrangement of resistors.

We know, that

dQ/dt = (kA/L)*(∆T)

So,now,

For the first junction

kA/L(200-T1) = 2kA/L(T1-T2)

Which gives us,

3T1 - 2T2 = 200

For the second junction similarly,

2KA/L(T1-T2) = 3/2 KA/L(T2-18)

So, we get

4T1 = 5T2 - 54

4T1 - 5T2 = -54 and,

3T1 - 2T2 = 200

and hence solving the two equations for the two unknowns T1 and T2, please find this further 。◕‿◕。
