assumed       :        srs in 2001= 100---------------------srs in 2010= 140.4
actual            :        srs in 2001= 574---------------------srs in 2010= ?
srs in 2010= 140.4  x 575   = 1404 x 574    =  805.896
                      100                     100 x 10
So the ans is 805.896 or 806.
