Making a complaint letter- a faulty TV
Shop Keeper: Good afternoon, can I help you?
Customer: I hope so. I bought this television from your shop about three months ago
Shop Keeper So what is the problem?
customer: There are many problems. The sound and picture quality is awful.
Shop Keeper: Can you please explain this.
Customer: The picture is always flickering and there's a dark line down the left-hand side
of the screen.
Shop Keeper: Do you have an outdoor antenna?
Customer: Yes, I do. And also there's an annoying hissing sound in the background
Shop Keeper: Have you tried adjusting the antenna?
Customer: Several times.
Shop Keeper: Hmmmmm. I'll get our engineers to have a look at it.
Customer: A friend of mine bought the same model here and had exactly the same
problems. I want a refund.
Shop Keeper: I'm afraid it isn't our policy to give refunds, sir.
Customer: I want to see the manager.​
