potential energy of water = heat produced

mgh = m×c×delta t

gh =c ×delta t

specific heat of water is 1 calorie

1 cal = 4.2 J

10 ×209/4.2 = 1 × x ×10^ -1 ( both side should be in calorie)

10 × 209/4.2 = x/10¹

x = 10 × 10 × 209/4.2

x = 519.9

(I not 100 percent sure about this ans) so check it once .
