Resistivity of wire depends material used to make a wire and material resistivity depends on number of free electrons available per unit volume and drift velocity of electrons in a material which depends on how often electrons collide with each other and other atoms. When temperature increases resistivity of wire (and hence resistance) increases as electrons collide more frequently with vibrating atoms or vice versa.
