Plants and animals have played an important role in human life for as long as they've all existed. In fact, without the plants and animals that humans have used for food, labor, tools and companionship over countless generations, society could not have advanced to the point it has today.

Human beings hunted animals and gathered plants for food long before the formation of permanent settlements. Some of the earliest animals used for food by humans were insects, fish, wild pigs, and deer or antelope. Plants used for food included berries, mushrooms, and various seeds and nuts. Before the invention of agriculture or farming, gathering and eating plants was just as dangerous, in a sense, as hunting animals for meat. Many plants are toxic to humans, and simply picking the wrong berries or mushrooms for a meal could seriously injure or kill that person.
As mankind progressed and agriculture increased, plants like wheat and rice began to make up the backbone of the human diet. A person's location dictated what sort of fruits, vegetables and grains one was able to grow. As humans began to travel the seas and explore new continents, different cultures borrowed agricultural techniques from one another and brought back plants and seeds. New plant hybrids began to develop, yielding larger, more reliable crops

Animals and birds do control and balance our environment. They have a great importance in our lives. Animals are important in our daily life as well as for other purposes. Such that we use animals for providing us food, clothing, help in our works. In India animals are worshipped like snake, bull, oxen,cow,etc. All the fauna in the world is important. Even the small of the smallest of living creature is the part of the whole ecosystem.if any of the species would exhaust the whole ecosystem would be in danger. Animals and birds also can inspire us such that weaver birds inspired us to weave,dogs inspire us to be loyal and ants and the bees inspire us to work hard. Camel is the sheep of the desert who fulfils all the needs of the locals. It is only the one animal to survive in the desert without water for so many days.the next is cow it gives milk and some people do eat the meat of cow.horse, bullocks,elephant, etc. Are used for hazardous works still we are killing elephants for their tusks.if there would not have been birds then wright brothers would not have got the ideas about aeroplane. If there would not have been fishes the no ships were formed.So animals also contribute to the development of technologies.so if you want further development in technologies then stop killing animals and hurting them ruthlessly and teens should create an awareness among adults to not to kill animals
