Explanation:

We all know that yoga has become a popular form of exercise these days. Almost everyone next to your door is practicing yoga and discussing its benefits. In fact, media is also widely covering yoga-based events or sessions to help enlighten its audience. Moreover, this has become a form of discipline and is being included in students’ curriculum to be taught and practiced. Many of us perform Yoga on a daily basis, but how many actually know about what this art form entails and why it is performed. So it’s basically a method to achieve balance in our bodies, i.e. gaining strength, increasing flexibility and attaining spirituality. Yoga also endorses a non-materialistic way of living.

Answer:

******** a way of life *********

As you know that , Life is the most precious gift given to us by God and it’s up to us in which direction we would like to take it. We can either make it or break it through our actions.

The word itself may refer to a living being or ongoing processes of which living things are a part of. It may also refer to the period during which something is functional (as between birth and death), the condition of an entity that has been born but yet has to die or that which makes a living thing alive.

So it’s a very pertinent topic to address either in school, college, office or on a public platform. As we see these days, our youth wasting their lives and whiling away their time recklessly, it of course has become a serious cause of concern for us.

Everyone has a purpose, and that purpose is simply to live a happy, fulfilled existence. To give others your kindness, compassion, to give others your BEST.

To prove to yourself how far you can go in life, not attached to any results – but always pushing yourself to GROW, to develop your mind and spirit.

Knowing how to manage our negative emotions is also key to happiness. Difficult emotions are a fact of life.

I hope it will helps you to guide
