Answer:

speech on 15 August independence day

Explanation:

Good Morning all, Honorable Principal, worthy teachers, my dear students happy Independence day to all of you today.

Respected sir, As we all know we are gathered here to celebrate the 73rd Independence Day of our beloved India. Today, everyone from one part of our country to another part is chanting slogans of “Jai Bharat Mata” with great spirit and energy. It is indeed the spirit of freedom and love for the land. But, we all know, this freedom is hard-earned.

There are decades of sacrifices and struggles behind all of that. The land on which we breath upon, is thanks to the struggles of our great men in the lead of well-known figures. ie Gandhi gi, Nehru Lal, Sabash Chandra, and others.

Respected sir, Freedom is a gift. It is the gift of sacrifices, sleepless nights, brutal tortures and struggles did by our forefathers. History is an open chapter. It tells us about the sacrifices of our forefathers for this land.

This freedom owes itself to the struggles of Babu Mahatam Gandhi Gi. He stood like a rock for the rights of people. He was imprisoned several times. He faced many hardships yet he withstood.

This freedom owes itself to our great leader Pandit Nehru Lal. He never compromised the rights of people. He sacrificed each and everything and supported the cause of independence. And this independence owes itself much to the sacrifices of our other leaders as Bal Gangadhar Tilak, Lala Lajpat Ray, Bhagat Singh, Khudi Ram Bose, and Chandra Sekhar Azad.

Respected friends. In British India, we all were under chains. Our rights were compromised. We felt suffocated. Our social, political and economic conditions were very bad. And in the end, it was not an honor for Indians to live under slavery of foreign forces.

Slavery is a curse. You can see it around the world. What is the situation of those nations who are still slaves today? We should be more than thankful to our leaders who had realized it.

Respected sir, we all are gathered here today not only to chant slogan and do formality. Our land needs us more than anything. We have to fulfill the promises that we have been doing with our land. No doubt, we are a free land. But this free land is surrounded by a host of problems. We are facing many issues today. Like the issue of overpopulation, youth unemployment, poverty, underdevelopment of rural areas and many more.

Apart from all of these problems, our country has many good things to offer. We are a nuclear power country. We have a large and brave army. Our borders are protected. And our enemies fear us. We are the world’s largest democracy of free and happy people. We are politically powerful, economically strong and militarily advanced.

Being the youth, we are the future of our nation for tomorrow. We need to look at the problems and find the solution immediately. We have to be united. As our great leader Nita Gi Gandhi Gi said, ” The future depends on what we do in the present.” Therefore, we have to utilize our today for a better tomorrow.

Dear Friends, In unity there lies the strength. Therefore, we have to be united. we have to make the commitments today that we shall never allow any harm to our land.

We have to make every effort to make our country powerful and honorable in the world. Let’s unite, let’s work hard and tell our every friends and foes alike. We are friends with friends and we are harsh with enemies.

“Jai Hind, Jai Bharat”
