Answer:

Chandrayan 2 is an Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO)'s orbiter is a box-shaped craft with an orbital mass of 2400 kg and solar arrays capable of generating 1000 W power. It has a soft lander called Vikram and an robotic rover called Pragyan. It was launched on 22 July 2019 at 9:13 UT (2:43 p.m. Indian Standard Time) by from Satish Dhawan Space Center on Sriharikota Island, India.

The objective of Chandrayan 2 is to soft land on lunar surface and operate the rover on linar land. Also the scientific goals are to studies of lunar mineralogy, elemental abundance, topography, the lunar exosphere, and signatures of hydroxyl and water ice.

The craft communicates with the earth by Indian Deep Space Network and lander.

But at the time of landing, ISRO lost the communication with the craft at an altitude of about 2.1 km. And the mission was unsuccesful. But the data are being recorded and analized.
