we students are compressed in studies.co curricular activities will relax their minds.all schools are promoting this.it will teach them how to manage time. we will relax on co-curricular activities than using mobile phones computers laptops etc.. it will make it confident in particular field of a curricular activities. in a day students faces classes exams labs tuitions etc... so that they won't be interested in their late studies so they compell on mobile phones.so parents and teachers want to promote and support curricular activities then the classes taking in the schools or colleges etc..

co curricular activities help us to grow also with studies.it raises our confidence.they also help us to participate in different competitions.
