Hello every one today my name is (your name ) and i am here to talk about diet and good health.
Every one of us wants the good health but most of the time we are not paying attention to our diet and food which we are taking which led us to non-healthy conditions. Having the balance diet in life is necessary for the good health and here balanced diet means taking the even proportion of the every ingredient of food on the basis of body needs. Some time we are focusing more on the junk foods eating from restaurants and hotel just for liking the taste but then in return these types of foods gives us obesity ,high cholesterol etc. So having the having the diet foods in a balanced proportion led us to health.
Our body also needs care in order to maintain itself and this care is given to it by the eating good and healthy food like focusing on the fruits and vegetable more and taking the appreciable amount of protein from meat or other sources. But these are also have their limit intake just focusing on one food is not giving you health because it led you to deficiency of other types of ingredient that the particular food can't provide.
Doctors as well as the dietitians can help in this regard to make the diet chart individually for every person as the diet requirements vary from person to person. So try the balanced diet every way you can in order to get the healthy life and as they said "healthy foods avoid you from medicine".
