Disability is not being disabled by body it is being disable by mind
I am reminded of the exceedingly inspirational poem ‘Thinking’ by Walter D. Wintle. The poem says:
If you think
you are beaten, you are;
If you think you dare not, you don't.
If you'd like to win, but you think you can't,
It is almost a certain - you won't.
Keeping the wisdom of the poem in mind, it can be said that disability of mind is more dangerous than any other type of disability. Quite ironically people with disabilities are usually the strongest, most courageous and wonderful people. They are usually the strongest, most courageous and wonderful people. We must not forget that these most successful people the world has ever seen were physically disabled. The great personages such as Helen Keller, Stephen Hawking, Albert Einstein, etc. have proved that even physical disabilities could not deter them from achieving phenomenal success.
We must not forget that it is the mind that controls the body; so, we must keep the mental disabilities at bay.
