To drive on Indian roads is not a pleasure anymore. It has become a disaster nowadays because every family wants a car and our country is highly populated so, every family 1 car would mean having more than 1 billion cars that too just in one country.

Instead of cars, people can walk small distances, they can use bicycles (I have no idea how to ride one :( )
