Welcome to one and all present here, today I am here to present a speech on Sports. Well, we all are aware of the term sports and have also spent quite a good share of time for the same when we were young.

It also teaches teamwork, coordination, trust, planning, and also helps to keep the body fit and active. The one who is involved in sports activities displays vital signals of better physical growth and development. Additionally, it also helps the person to grow mentally.
