ethics means principles of morality.there can be two ways of finding a relation between ethics and success.
one is machiavellian,
the other is gandhian.machiavellian pleaded that the end justifies the means.but gandhi ji believed that the means justifies the end.according to machiavellian the main is the achievement to the goal,it does not matter;by which means.even if unfair means ensures the achievement of the goal,it must be adopted.but gandhi ji believed that it is the means that has greater importance than the end.

it has been slightly said,be nice to people on your way up because you will wed then on your way down.its evident that ethics is the key to success.
