Almost every student is afraid of exams & feel nervousness in writing exams. This brings a kind of fear & leads to anxiety.
$<b>Examinations are always stressful. We cannot expect what is coming in exam & what is not. Many negative happenings take place when exams enter the student's life. Student becomes nervous, tensed & unhealthy because of such environment. They face problems in preparing for exams, physical problems like memory failure during exam; fast heartbeat, vomit, stomach ache, etc are the symptoms which your body feels when you face examination.$
