FIGHTING AGAINST GENDER DISCRIMINATION

In this 21st century, we have improved a lot in  communication, lifestyle, dressing sense etc. But there are some social norms that is imposed on man and woman. There is an unequal treatment that women should not go out after evening or she should not go lonely in streets. There are many like girls should cover their skins fully. Even in entertainment medias like TV, theatres, the female villians are shown wearing too glamorously and they indirectly indicates that amount of skin exposed is equal to the amount of negativity she posess.

There is useless norms like boys should not cry. If he cries even for relation's death. the society tags him weak. It is so foolish that girls should cry even for seeing cockroaches. Otherwise, the same society tags her demoness or senseless. Of course, humans are created not only by muscles and bones but also with feelings, emotions and hearts. It is common for girls and boys.

And about stereotypes like women should stay home and women related stereotypes, there is simply one word, total rubbish. Women have the rights to do whatever they want like haircut, tattoos, dressing style etc.

It is just so mean to say because of short dresses women are abused. It is absolutely wrong. Right from 2 year old child to 60 year old women all are victims of this atrocious norms.

The present parents are very good in parenting. They are treating both boys and girls equally unlike past generation parents. Schools must involve girls in NCC like social service jobs and boys in school prayer and cultural activities.
