Whenever a person eats food, the purpose of eating food at that time is not just that our appetite should calm down or our body become fat and strong. Means to eat means that our mental and spiritual health along with nurturing our gross body is also true...and secure
Any person can be perfectly healthy only when he is completely healthy with the body, mind and spirit. If one of these is unhealthy, we can not call ourselves completely healthy.. .. because a person is healthy only if he/she is away from the need of excess food to invite obesity in his/ her life..
It is very important for all of us to have good health to live a healthy life; For which we need to adopt healthy food habits and healthy habits throughout life. Although, in many ways the custom of eating junk food is increasing day by day and our future is making our lives
... tragedy and disease full, which is affecting our future generations in particular
. Parents should take care of their children's eating and drinking habits, because children do not know right or wrong in their childhood nor do they make decisions. Therefore, they are parents who are fully responsible for right and wrong habits in children.
He should teach his children about eating habits from his childhood as well as clarify the difference in health-enhancing food and junk food.... simply due to the reason that unhealthiest diseases and conditions are invited due to excessive eating of food..
According to research, it has been found that, young age is very sensitive age, during which a person should eat good health enhancer food. Because there are many variations in the body due to being advancing towards the adult age group during this age....and if we become food addicts in this age.. we are creating wildfire for our future lives..
