Gender Inequality is becoming a matter of concern now-a-days. Gender Inequality refers to the unfair and biased treatment given to one gender over the other.

We don't realise men and women is just a term. There are things girls can do much much better than boys and also vice-versa. We discriminate. We do. And then we complain about the lack of skilled people in our country.

I fail to understand why do we segregate talent, skills, passion on the basis of genders. Being a male, you can not cook. Being a female, you can not wrestle. And whats worse? We are even blindly following this.

As a specific gender you are expected to understand some basic norms that are fixed for your gender. You should adhere to these rules or else you'll not be accepted by the society. This leads to social exclusion which is in-turn a major issue too.

We must understand that both males and females are actually human. They have the skills to do something which we've been classifying as gender specific all this while.

This country needs gender equality, where men and women enjoy the same opportunities, laws and rights. This is required for the sustainable development of yet to be developed country like ours.

Hope it helps..!!

Gender inequality is the discrimination done between girls and boys due to the old, narrow minded thinking of the people.

What fault was hers when she was born as a girl? Why was her mother cursed for giving birth to her? Since the early ages this has been the scenario of the country. Why did Sita alone give the agnipariksha when both Ram and Sita had gone through similar circumstances? Till today the situation is same. Girls are actually looked down upon in the society and mostly in the rural areas.

That definitely doesn't mean that boys don't suffer because of this gender inequality. Even they have to face a lot because of this. Being a boy they can't do household works, they can't cry in front of everyone and so and so many stupid nombs.

It wasn't the God who differentiated between the two genders. But it is the narrow mindedness of the people who made this difference and till today it is the same.

It is the 21st century still this problem of gender inequality acts as a cobra with its mouth wide open. Just we can find it in our daily lives that too very easily- how we face this gender inequality.

Where the husbands dominate their wives then people think it's such a common situation, but think when the wives dominate their husbands then the society makes fun of that man saying-O poor, coward man. And seriously it's true because I have seen this in the society.

Girls are asked series of questions when they come home late at night. But the truth is that if parents do the same thing with boys then the problems which today's society is facing will be far less.

The first thing that should be done is that people need to change their mind sets, then only the problem of gender inequality can end up.

Tried to give my best. Hope this helps you;-)
