Speech on 'Global Warming'

Explanation:

                               'Global warming'

Global warming is one of the major environmental challenges that the entire globe is facing these days. The constantly increasing temperature of the earth has become a grave concern for all as it is causing devastating impacts on the environment. The significant rise in temperature is leading to the melting of glaciers and widening of the oceans, the coral reefs, and the aquatic species are dying and getting extinct, extreme weather patterns are being observed which is causing frequent hurricanes, droughts, heatwaves, etc. The rise in sea-level is badly damaging the coastal areas while the frigid zones like Greenland and Antarctica are in a state of getting melted away completely. Thus, it is eventually shrinking the earth due to the disturbance in the ecological balance. We are currently in a major need of preventing the rising temperature and we can do it with collective efforts. Afforestation, use of public transport, efficient use of fuel and electricity, etc. are some of the common yet considerable measures through which each individual can help in saving our home planet.
