when we wake up in the morning we needed something to hold our diet until lunch! That does not mean we can eat sugar and fat. In the morning our body is not ready for foods like fat, sugar and salt and it's really unhealthy at the same time, we needed like yogurt, bread, and milk something that is more healthy for morning. And as for lunch we needed foods like...vegetable, rice and meat to keep energy for our body. healthy food is important because it can protect our body from diseases which can make us weak, but if our body is healthy we can get through it!
