There is an inseparable bond between man and nature. For man, there cannot be an existence removed from nature. However, because of his thoughtless actions, the equilibrium in nature is getting disturbed; the pulse of human life is becoming erratic, too. Air and water have become polluted. Rivers are drying up. Seasons arrive unseasonably. New diseases are spreading. If things continue this way, the human race is in for a monumental catastrophe.

There is an underlying order to everything in nature. There is a place in creation for all creatures. The forest, river and mountain all have their dharma (natural duty). Nature has provided sustenance for all created beings. It has its own ways of recycling and reusing natural waste, thus preserving life. We don't need to do anything to maintain the beauty of forests, rivers and mountains.

However, when human beings systematically plunder natural wealth for selfish reasons, the natural order gets disturbed. Nature's face becomes disfigured. Along with other creatures, human beings, too, will have to face the consequences...

Answer:

A speech on living in harmony with the nature surrounding us is given below.

Explanation:

Good evening one and all.

Discord arises from within and is the root cause of all external conflict. It causes disharmony in the home, the community, and the relationship with the natural world.

The harmony scale has four levels. The first is harmony within ourselves, between our thoughts, feelings, and deeds. When these aren't in harmony, it causes mental anguish and interpersonal strain.

The human body consists of earth, water, fire, air, and ether, the five classical elements. When the equilibrium of these factors is upset, the disease can develop. About 80% of all diseases can be classified as "psychosomatic," meaning that they have a mental factor like stress as a primary or contributing cause.

Our fighting has ripple effects in the natural world as well. Since nature is a reflection of human nature, the rising frequency of extreme weather events and natural disasters is a direct result of the rise in human violence.

Achieving inner peace begins with knowing oneself. Realizing that we are souls having a human experience in a physical form alters our point of view. The immortal soul, a point of light with consciousness, rules over the senses, but this rule can only be exercised if we know who we are. One can achieve this realisation by visualising and telling oneself over and over, "I am a soul," and coming to know oneself as a spiritual light existing outside of one's physical form.

The soul must keep in mind the Transcendent, the greatest source of divine energy, and draw strength from that being in order to gain mastery over the physical and mental bodies. The soul, like a battery, needs to be connected to its Source in order to be recharged. By bringing one's thoughts, words, and deeds into harmony, one can tap into this strength, which is reflected in one's judgement, tolerance, and fortitude.

To live in harmony with the natural world, we must demonstrate the characteristics of the five elements. Just as water can take on the form of any container, so too must we be malleable. Like the earth provides food and other necessities, we can sustain others by working together and showing kindness. Lightness is something we learn from the air around us. Just as fire alters the form of whatever is placed in it, so too should our mindset and character be so potent that anyone who interacts with us will emerge altered. When we adopt a natural way of life, wildlife will learn to coexist with us.

All of us are related because of how everything is connected to everything else. Similarly to how infants cling to their mothers, plants and trees are always connected to the ground, making them the youngest members of the family. As the animals walk on all fours, they give off the impression of being a little older than they actually are. It is incumbent upon us, as the eldest members of this family, to take care of our younger "siblings."

Thank you!
