Respected principal, teachers and my dear friends I’m here to give a speech on “if you got a tooth, you have got everything".  Let us take an example of toddlers, when they speak we can admire but can we understand? No, not possible.

Same way, if we take our grandma and pa, can we understand when they remove their false teeth and speak? It won’t be easy to understand.

We will start lisping when we lose our teeth.  The air that gets expelled while forming a word is obstructed by the teeth and the formation of the word takes place.  We can make our speech expressive because of the teeth and with our voice modulation.  It also gives proper shape for our cheek.  Therefore I conclude my speech with a quote by Pam Ayres in Oh, I wish I’d look after me teeth “My mother told me no end, “If you got a tooth, you got a friend.”

I thank everyone once again for giving me this wonderful opportunity to share my views.
