Because when you appreciate a person they will do the work more better than earlier and they will be happy for your support that you are there with them and their level of confidence would increase instantly , the better you motivate others you will be leading a better lifestyle but if you criticize someone they will suffer a lot by the words of pain you gave them, they can't do the work anymore properly , they can't concentrate on any other things , this will be reflected on your life with same issue , as you sow ,so shall you reap.
