On 1st May every year Labour Day is celebrated worldwide in order to praise Labours for their hard work .

National holiday is observed to acknowledge the dedication ,devotion and participation of workers who work whole year for the welfare of the country.

Every company should give equal rights and respect to all the employees.

Salary or wages should be appropriate and must be given according to the hard work they take from employees irrespective of their position in the company . Labours should also be well treated.

In todays world , awareness is created and labours are not ignorant of their rights. But unfortunately , poverty makes them work at any cost and they settle for less just to keep their houses running.

State government should take actions for their betterment and strive for improving quality of their lives.

Child labour is also another evil of our society that needs to be eradicated immediately. Proper education must be given to these poor souls.

Their parents should be given free trainings to earn the bread and butter for their families so that their children can get rid of doing work in their little innocent ages.

We should also join hands as individuals to overcome this issue.I hope to see a better society .

Thank You.

The world's labour day is celebrated every year all over the world in 1st May.It is celebrated to recognise the efforts of millions of labourers and helpers all over the world who make our work easy.
The Labour works tirelessly for more than 20 hours daily. They don't get leaves easily.Even then their work is considered worthless and are paid very less.
Thus we need to thank them on this way.
