》Hello everyone present here! Hoping you all are having a wonderful day. I am Naina a student of class 10th here to talk about "Marital Rape "
》It's said " If Rape is the genus, the Marital rape is one of its species. " Coming to rape.. It is an act of using or abusing a person's body without their permission is known as rape. It can be done by both the genders but unfortunately the number of rapes on girls are high comparing to boys! Though it's a hidden thing that boys also do get rapped in many cases..
》We find rapes all over the world... It's the most popular crime now a days! Specially in India the well known so called "Capital of India - Delhi " never fails to take the place of being number 1 having the most number of rapes in whole india !
》Marital rape is a form of domestic violence and sexual abuse on their own sponse. Though, in the past the sexual interaction between both the sponses was never considered wrong but our modern government has given rights to women that the sexual interaction by ones spouse on the other is abusing and
engaging in the act without the spouse's consent is now recognised as the law in the government and a strict crime !
》Unfortunately thought the laws are passed, crimes occur the toleration of the sponses never ends ! One of the biggest problems of our country is that none is ready to raise a voice a against the bad !
》The whole society pays a lot of attention on the normal rapes of girls but most of the time marital rapes are always neglected ! The society never considers the rapist wrong in a marital rape !
》The spouse's are hopeless... they get sexually abused daily... The worst part is that due to societal pressure they hide their pain and can't even afford to go to the police as the law itself sometimes doesn't consider marital rape as a crime!
》Though marital rape is the most hummiliating and degrading experience for one... many doesn't feel it appropriate to consider it as a crime !
》The only way to get out from a tortured situation is to raise our voice against the crime and move forward until you are given full justice ! After all its your body, your life! We are strong enough to fight against the bad... un till people really recognise it.. I am sure it isn't a pleasant feeling when some one tries to control you, right ?
》Being a good citizen of our great country, India we need to spread awearness about the hidden truth and the most neglected crime. Let's become reunion and help people in need and spread awearness about the hummiliating crime !
