Answer:
Dear Friends - Welcome to the 10th Annual Festival of our school!
I thank you, first of all to be part of our annual function. Every year, I choose a theme that creates a sense of patriotism among my students and every visitor. This year, I would like to speak on our national flag.
I am sure that all of you know that our national flag is also called 'Tricolor' because it is divided equally and horizontally into 3 parts and colors, that means saffron, white and green. But, do you know that before attaining independence; To get freedom from the British, many flags were fabricated to lead the freedom movement of India? The present design of National Rapid Action was finally adopted because it not only honored Hindus and Muslims; It also respects all other religions in India.
Now-a-day, all of you are hoisted the national flag by the citizens, but it was already prohibited and only government officials were allowed to hoist the national flag during national programs. Today, even ordinary people are allowed to display national flags in their premises, in their cars and other vehicles, as a badge on their chest, etc. Displaying the national flag, people are proud to be Indian Because our national flag is a symbol of unity and harmony and it is the duty of every Indian to respect the national flag and ensure that its Rshansa not less, especially in foreign lands.
Our national flag is so designed that it respects the people of every religion, whether it is Hindu, Muslim or other religion. All colors, i.e. saffron, white, green and blue, the palettes used in the national flag, clothes and cycles have their own importance. You will not be aware that till 52 years of India's independence, any common people were not allowed to display the national flag; Although the rule was changed and that Flag Code of India was introduced on January 26, 2002, which directs the national flag display and use by civilians and government officials. Code allowed the use of the flag in offices, houses and factories on special occasions such as Independence Day, Republic Day, etc.
This is especially displayed in the schools, colleges and other educational institutions such as coaching centers, sports camps, universities, scout camp etc. to inspire young students to honor and respect the Indian flag and feel proud of being Indian is. Many students sing national anthem and patriotism and take oath while hoisting the national flag. While the general public is allowed to flag the flag on special events; It is forbidden to display a national flag for any personal gain or to incite communal riots.
You should know that no one is allowed to display a national flag made of any other cloth except one Khadi; It is considered punishable with fines and penalties. You can display the flag from sunrise to sunset (from morning to evening) in any season. It is also deliberately prohibited to humiliate the national flag or to keep it in the ground or floor or water on the tail. Any vehicle such as boat, car, plane, train, etc. should not be used to cover it in the back, bottom or top, as well, while you can hoist the flag at the top of these vehicles so that you can Show glory and praise. For your homeland
In the end, I would say, feel proud of being an Indian and respect your national flag.
Thanks!
