Education, it is something that should teach us about something new and improve our knowledge. But, right now, the educational system in India is only based on memorizing. We just have to remember the words and put it on test. Since, we students do not understand the teaching in schools, students have to go to coaching classes and extra tutions. This must be improved. Students must be thought in such a way that they understand a topic and write answers on their own. Students are just being pressurised by teachers and parents to score better marks. It is all focused on the grading system.
Something must be done regarding this. Skill based learning must be encouraged. Of someone is interested in being a doctor, a separate place must be there for such students. Technology, one of the increasing thing in this era. Thus, computers must be used in various ways. Students should also have the basic knowledge to use computers. When computers and images are used for teaching, then the students understand a concept in an easier manner which tackles the problem of memorizing.
The communication between parents and teachers must be improved. Parent teachers meetings must be encouraged to improve their communication. Teachers instead of just complaining to the parents, they can say both the weak and strong points of a student. When this happens, parents will convert the weaker points stronger.
Smart classes must be improved. Video based lessons must be improved so that students can understand concepts better. Libraries must be installed in schools with many textbooks. Students can refer to these textbooks for extra information. When may textbooks are available for use, when students need extra notes it becomes handy.
Sports must not be neglected. They provide a kind of recreation so that they be more interested. Sports refresh your mind and improves concentration. Thus a combination of sports and education is the dream educational system!
☆Education in Indian System☆
Education gives us a awareness of the world around us, and makes it a better environment. This provides a viewpoint of looking at life inside us. It helps us to form opinions and to have views on things in life.
Although the term education system is commonly and often used in news media and public discourse, when used without training, concrete examples, or further context, it can be difficult to discern exactly what the word refers to.
The Father of Modern Education named John Amos Comenius. He is also known as Jan Amos Komensky and was born in Nivnice, Moravia on 28 March 1592 and died on 15 November 1670. From the persecutions and difficulties he suffered in his life, he developed a philosophy called pansophism that emphasized political unity, religious reconciliation and cooperation.
Our Indian education system faces many challenges that don't allow it to flourish and help other kids to excel in their lives. The biggest problem she faces is poor grading system. It judges a student's intelligence based on the academics that are in the form of examination papers. That's really unfair for students who are good at their overall performance but not good at a specific subject.
Most notably, the Indian education system does not adequately stress the importance of sport and the arts. Students are often expected to research where they don't have time for other things such as sports and arts.
