It's a very important duty of the responsible citizens that road safety is ensured everywhere. Nowdays, people have become so careless that they don't care about road safety at all! They are busy folowing their everyday routines. People ignoring road signals and speeding vehicles hitting innocent animals and peoples is a common sight nowadays. No one even take the injured to the hospital because they feared they would be send to the jail. Police too don't care and bribes are given to them to keep their mouth shut.
These types of behaviours don't require negligence. One should follow road safety with utmost honesty.
