With each passing day charm & courage for private sector is increasing . flashy offices , shining tables , cubicles with AC  & most important the way  of work culture is all enough to fall for private sector . As the people do now a days govt is also  doing the same thing . Privatization of public sector . there are 100 of PSUs & Navratan organisation of govt which are doing & performing really good. Government want privatization of them also . there is  no magic wind which will turn all loss making PSUs in to cash cow for govt. its all difference of way of doing governance .By implement of proper technology & polices  we can make all PSU self sufficient . just hard on non performing employees , take care of cost , new products , technology  & proper system in place . all are the things to make a good  PSU .
 just boycotting them or privatization not a good option .
