mahatma gandhi was father of the nation.he was first who the india called him bappu.he is also be a freedom fighter. mahatma gandhiji is respected as the Ambassador of Peace and harmony by the entire world. he was born on 2nd october 1869.the full name of mahatma gandhi is mohandas karamchand gandi. There are institutes for studies of Gandhiji’s methods. There is a PG course too in Gandhian peace. Gandhiji was taken as an example by Martin Luther King in USA and Nelson Mandela in South Africa. Gandhiji firmly believed that joy and prosperity for the mankind in the world can only be brought by peace and mutual respect for the different cultures and religions that we follow.he also be an indian.there is also photo of mahatma gandhi on currency notes.he fight with britishers for our azadi.our onourable prime minister Mr.Narendra Modi launched the swach bharat abhiyan in the birthday of mahatma gandhi.he will always be in our hearts.

Mahatma Gandhi is the "Father of Our Nation". The life history of Bapuji has a lot of meaning and significance to us. In the childhood he was an average student like many others. He lied for a selfish purpose. He was one among many children. He was a normal lawyer working for his family until the infamous incident in South Africa turned his life, India's future and the whole world into an unprecedented ideology.
The name of Gandhiji stands for purity, truth, ethics, justice, secularity, cleanliness, self-reliability , peace, equality, courage, patience and humanity. Gandhiji's vision about education is very good and applicable to today's India. His vision was to create activity based learning among kids and children. He wished for an all round character development of discipline, conduct, ethics along with education that is useful to the society. That will ensure students to be true citizens of the society. The name Mahatma stands for equality of religions and secularity, peaceful coexistence of all people of India. Mahatma stands for killing of internal enemy inside the person, rather than killing of the person. His name is taken all over the world for the non-violence (ahimsa), satya, non-cooperation concepts for protesting against atrocities. Mahatma is as great as Jesus Christ and perhaps even more as Mahatma could liberate his people from slavery.
Mahatma Gandhi's views on cleanliness (swachhta) are important. It's his wish that is turned into a national campaign by Prime Minister to educate poor people of health and hygiene. A basic need such as toilets weren't within the capabilities and thoughts of the people. Truly, that name has changed the lifestyle of the bottom of the society become human from inhuman.
