Failures are inevitable in life. One who does not play does not win the game. Determination and will power provide a ladder to scale the new heights. We should not be scared failures and should always try moving forward. This called falling forward rather than backward. History has witnessed many men and women who have left a benchmark and influenced our lives. You can never succeed without a setback. Let us take the example of Colonel Harland sander- the man who gave us the great taste of KFC. Can you imagine how many doors he had to knock to sell his first recipe? It is estimated ha he had to knock more than 1000 doors for his 1st profit. Walt Disney was once told that he had no talent. A church verger appointed him to draw cartoons for Christmas. Sitting in the empty church, his sight ell on a mouse and hence, he penned down Mickey mouse which changed the animation industry.

Today, we are at a threshold of a new era; there is a stiff competition in every sphere. We should try to give our best and never give up, whatever may come the way. Only then we will be able to scale the ladder of success. Thomas Elva Edison once said “I failed 1000 times but I also discovered a 1000 ways in which an electric bulb cannot be made.” So, with your positive thinking, give your 100% only then you will be able to turn a stumbling block into a stepping stone.  So, who will and dare rise in the world and would surely attain the achievement.
