Good morning to respected principal mam, Vice Principal mam, parents, teachers and all my dear friends!

Today we all are gathered here for a grand celebration - The annual sports day of the academic year 2018-19.

Sports plays a very important role in one's life. that is why our school every year organises a sports day to energize the students and show the talent in sports.

" Healthy mind lives in a healthy body " the simple line states how important is sports and exercising in our life.

Sports keeps a person healthy and fit . Sports should be considered as important as to breathe. Being a student ways to deal with a lot of stress and tension. Even the elder people deal with everyday stress. But sports can keep you out of great tensions!!

If you are into a sport you would actually forgot all your tension full things and feel your mind to be refreshed. And as you are fresh and fine you could think a better way to come out of the problem and reduce the stress.

Being involved in sports plus having a good diet will lead to a fit healthy and a successful life.

Who  doesn't want to live a healthy and successful life?? We all want a life that way. But it could be only achieved through sports.

Sports also keep our heart fit. " Protect the hearts of those who have given you their hearts " this means that your friends and family love you more than themselves so to live a long and healthy life with your friends and family you need to be fit. Which is only possible by exercising and sports.

Exercising and sports both can make you happy and cheerful too !  sports has innumerable benefits !

Sports also help you to keep your doctor away as you are a healthy body you don't need to go to a doctor.

Nobody would like to have does bitter medicines and pay heavy hospital bills, so let's make a promise to ourselves that we will be involved in at least one sport to make ourselves fit !
