Brain drain is the phenomenon where educated and highly skilled people move out of the country, in search of better employment and other opportunities. Firstly, we all must ponder on why such people move of the the country? The simple reason is that these people do not find good enough opportunities in our country. That is why, they have to leave their hones and families behind and move far away. To stop such brain drain, better employment opportunities and growth opportunities must be created, the education system must change for better, and work life balance must be present. Exploitation by employers in private sectors must stop.

Brain drain is described as a process of migration of a country’s brightest and most educated minds.

This results in the loss of highly skilled workers in various sectors of work who could have proven to be beneficial to the countries own problems.

Other harmful effects of brain drain include loss of innovative ideas and investment in education and economy.
