If being a good human being means loving your neighbor as you do yourself to you, then I would say loving your neighbor is more important than getting a good job. The world would be a better place if we all acted like good neighbors but it doesn't necessarily follow that the world would be a better place if we all had good jobs. I think we should combine the two goals and work at “good" jobs that are for the good of our neighbors and that includes many, many jobs. While there are some people who consider life-long employment is necessary even if not fulfilled by the type of work. The main cause of believing this can be the assurance of receiving a constant salary. Usually, people need regular income for fulfilling their daily needs and a permanent job means a regular flow of money. Hence, it is apparent that human being will be able to satisfy his family needs, and can, therefore, live a happy satisfied life.
