▶Respect is like give and take, If you'll give respect, you'll get respect.
Respect is one of the great manner, A respect can change a person.
Respect is something different , Sometimes people change due to a polite and respectful behaviour of the front person. Sometimes a stone heart person, melts due to a respect.
▶ What's exactly respect is?
Respect is a value of a front person or thing , How we reacts.
Respect is mostly given to elders, but in Reallity it should be given to everyone, it's just like a way of living.
To show regard or admiration towards someone or something is called respect. To know it's value, to know how it is, is respect.
Respect cannot be demanded, it only can be accessed.
The most important thing one should respect himself / herself, who cannot respect himself /herself, cannot respect others.
Your respect is given you back, when you behaves politely with someone.
Respect can be given and taken. Respect is one of the step towards "success".

We respect many peoples in our life like our elders, teachers, the person who is wealthy among us, or the person who have more power than us. There is two types of respect. One is the respect of fear and another is the respect of love. RESPECT OF FEAR-This respect is for the person to whom we don't mind or support but we respect them because for their wealth power, physical power or political power.
RESPECT OF LOVE-This respect is for the person to whom you really cares, the person who helps you or supports you and your society.
