War mean loss of life and property and so many were loss if we do any war. War is happen between two enemy in whose heart there is feeling of anger towards it's attacker.

It is rightly said that war brings with it sorrow, painfulness, distress, agony and last but not the least depression and melancholy. War does not create heroes they leave our heroes in despair.  

Heroes are heroes due to their own act and action not because of their fighting alone. In the time of wars, they sacrifice their lives for the country, a selfless action, but while fighting they die for the country, their family, wife, parents, and children who are left in woe.  

No consolation can get their lives back. So, we can rightfully say war creates woes and not heroes.
