Hello Friends,

I am Ravi and I am going to speak on the topic "Too many facilities make us physically crippled". This statement is so true that all of us feel it everyday. Today we have lot of facilities that were never there in past.

Think of an Air conditioner keeping you cool at 49 degrees temparature, think of a heater heating your room during chilling winters. These things never existed in past and we are now dependent on them. Our body has gone lazy and we cannot work as much as people of our previous generation can.

Its time for us to keep ourselves away from the luxury of life and start taking pain. This is how we can stay healthy and live longer.

Thank you.

Answer:

The more equipment we have, the more dependent, lazy and comfortable we tend to become, the more true it is. We fail to tap enormous authority in the luxury and convenience of these installations, which is dormant in all of us. For instance, we use it quite often if we have a motorcycle or a vehicle. This deprives us of using the limbs and muscles of our body. Because we use less physical energy, we start losing it and weakening it. On the other side, a individual without a scooter or a vehicle is going to use a bicycle or walk lengthy distances. This workout makes him fit and powerful. The reality is the less equipment we depend on, the stronger physically we become. Too much reliance on equipment generates a comfort zone around us; it is always out of this comfort zone that success and skill development lie.
