Boys are treated as treasures in our patriarchal society. It is natural for them to grow up in a surrounding where no matter what they do and how they behave, they are treated gently. Most of their faults are overlooked or avoided just to maintain the tradition of prioritising a male child.
Due to this boys are grown up to be insensitive or dangerous men. Not all of them are dangerous, but most of them are. So teaching male children to be humane, respectful and kind will lead to a safer world.
Men objectify women, treat them like nothing and abuse them in many parts of the world. So firstly, teach them to be respectful to women. There will be less cases of rapes, physical abuse and honour killings.
Teach men to be a good citizen for their country. They need to learn to be humans and sensitive beings.

Amidst all this, what we do is restricting women.
