Answer:

Technology does not lead to loss of employment

Good morning everyone present here, I stand before you to express my views on ' Technology does not lead to loss of employment.

Technology has rather created more employment. With the advancement of technology more and more machines, gadgets, vehicles, and things are being made. All production processes are being monitored by technology. Another technological revolution is Artificial intelligence; it is the intelligence created by computers; computers are made to copy intelligent human behavior. With the advancement in computers, data processing techniques, and connectivity, AI (artificial intelligence) is being used in many fields. AI is being used in airplane simulators, combat and training simulators, computer science, education, market analysis, heavy industries, hospitals and medicines, media, music, toys and games, and transportation.

All big organizations and manufacturing units are already using AI. Auto pilot system, intelligent tutoring systems using computers and robots, robots making cars, and other big machine parts, computer aided interpretation of medical images, heart sound analysis, etc. are examples of use of AI. But human experts are needed to run these technologies.

Technology is evolving into better intelligence with each passing day. The day is not very far when it will be as good as human intelligence. Then all the jobs will be done by AI. However, more jobs will be created by such automated production. Humans will always be required to complement technology. Thus technology won’t ever lead to loss of employment.
