In my opinion, India is still a under developed country because of poverty, corruption, caste system etc. First comes education, a field where India is low on. Maximum people are poverty-stricken or financially poor to afford getting education. The fact that education is considered a business by most now is a huge problem. Population is another reason why our country still isn't developed as the demand is higher than the supply. Then comes religions. No doubt India is a land of diversity. There are people of various religions who consider India their home. But discrimination is still a thing. And another such problem is caste system.The division of society into so many castes and sub-castes is sinful as it doesn’t allow upward mobility for persons belonging to the lower strata in society and is replete with gross inequality and injustice.
