Respected principal mam, teachers and all my dear friends. Today I am standing in front of you to deliver a speech on the topic of "fast food".

As we all know that fast food is not good for health. Knowing that many people still eat it. As it is cheaper and also tasty. But they forget about that fast food cause us many diseases like obesity, increase in blood pressure etc.

Children don't went outside to play as they use mobile phone daily to play games in it, due this obesity is increasing in them day by day. Not only obesity but many other diseases like irritation in eyes, migraine etc. are also developing in them.

So, instead of eating fast food we have to eat home made nutritious food. And also it don't cause any disease to us. Also we have to do exercise daily. Exercise like skippings, jumping, push ups etc. Which keep us fit and healthy.
