Water is a source of life and inspiration. A person can live without food for 1 week. But he cannot live without water, not a day. Water is the most abundant and inexhaustible natural resource. It exists in nature as ice, water and gaseous state. It does not provides us energy nor it helps us as a body-building food. But still it is most essential food component of our body. it is the only thing which can make a man satisfy his thirst. It is an universal solvent . It can dissolve a large amount of substance. The human body is made up of 73 % water.
It regulates human diet.Therefore, it a source of life as well as inspiration.
